"I recently had the pleasure of getting a tattoo at Fake Love, and I was impressed with the entire experience. When I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable in the space. First off, the shop itself is nice, it’s very clean, has a modern look, but classic feel. Like the atmosphere very much matches the artwork on the wall too, classic cool vibe but also with an interesting edge.
I was a little nervous, getting my first really personal piece. After I described what I wanted to some friends and they told me to definitely go to Fake Love. Happy to say they weren’t wrong! The staff is so friendly and professional, my artist was amazing. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and offered suggestions on how to make sure the design turned out just how I wanted and the best it could be. I brought an image to kind of give them the general idea, but when I saw her sketch, wow!!!! it was so much better my reference!! Like she read my mind or maybe read my soul? Not ashamed to say I got emotional about it.
Haha, sorry don’t mean to get that deep but it’s kinda important to me so it is deep. My piece is music related because I’ve had some truly dark days in my past, and I know people say it all the time, but music really did literally save my life. Did and continues to this day. I started studying music, composing, creating my own. My life became different, and music is a major part of that. I never want to forget how far I've come, I have a lot of respect for my past and wanted to my tattoo to reflect all of these things.
The final result was so gorgeous, I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I would highly recommend Fake Love to anyone looking for a top-notch tattooing experience, and I’m definitely going back soon, they just became my shop."
