Shining Sun’s Blue Side location will be closed this Friday and Saturday for a private event. Topping their “Hottest Destinations” list for a third year, Forbes Magazine has chosen Blue Side Island Sol as a top pick for luxury resort, and they're having a big party to celebrate. Thanks to the many supporters and visitors who continually make Sol their number one destination each year, it’s truly a gem among all the Blue Side Islands
This year, Forbes will be co hosting the two day event! Good on them, we speculate this is because there are a few celebs (a whole lot) and other VIPs (tons) who also happened to have made several of the magazine’s various lists this year, who will be in attendance at the event. We look forward to all the hot pics and reports coming out of there next week!
Also, just a heads up, because it seems like even though Blue Side very prominently posts their black out dates well ahead of time in the app, as well as on site at all their locations, people still seem to show trying to get in on nights where the club is closed to the public:
- Please be aware you will not be allowed into the club, or even onto the premises during a private event.
- Also, depending on what the exact circumstances inside the club are, and what any party crashers get up to, you may find your vehicles or other property confiscated by the Security Service.
Last year there was quite a bit of online chatter among certain groups of aerial photogs and drone enthusiasts, as to the mysterious circumstances of what exactly happened to some of their aircraft during a certain weekend.
Well, your friendly neighborhood blog is here to tell you. There’s nothing mysterious about it at all. The Security Service shot down all your drones. And they’ll Light It Up again like Dynamite if any aircraft, big or small, cross over into the restricted airspace this weekend during the event.

Yes it does! Do we know which of the presidents are in attendance? We do not. But what we do know, thanks to our discreet source in the Purple House, is that whenever the presidents go to Blue Side they relax, mingle and have a very good time. So let’s not disrupt the event with any unnecessary disturbances like hordes of mangled drones crashing to the ground around their location.
